Charles C Shainberg, Esquire
Charles was born in England where he received his formative education. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers-University College (1971) and his law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden (1974).
He limits his practice to the field of Family Law, which he has done for over 30 years, is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He is a Past President of both the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has also held the positions of President of the U.S.A Chapter of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
He has been listed in every edition of Naifeh and Smith's "The Best Lawyers in America" since the initial issue in 1984. He is also listed in The Pennsylvania "Super Lawyers" published in Philadelphia Magazine in addition to Philadelphia Magazine’s own "Best Lawyers in Philadelphia". He is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
